It's unlikely the inconsistent work experience will hurt you, but why are you worrying about it when it's already done? Polish your app as best you can, get your LSAT score back with an actual number vice some estimation and just apply and see what happens. There are things you can change and things you can't, so stop worrying about it and find a way to make your application throughout as strong as it can be.
