Strong softs, 2 years work experience, non-URM. Retake is not an option. What do you think?

Not good. NU ED is for a full ride. You'd almost certainly need to be above both medians to score that.

Retake if you can

Say that somehow I get WL and then accepted, do those who applied ED and get WL, Accepted receive the ED scholarship?

Nope, you'll need to retake the LSAT for the full ride.

I also find the way you're looking at this to be totally absurd. You'd be lucky to even scrape a bottom T14, but nope, your looking for a full ride from the most splitter friendly school out there. Retake for 170, enjoy T6.

You're not getting the full ride under any circumstances with those numbers. Why on earth would they pay for your stats?

I too would like to hear a detailed reason for this. This is your future, OP; retaking is always an option.

There are times where EDing at NU makes a lot of sense, particularly when you have ties to the region. A 171 and a 3.85 should certainly be enough to justify the ED, I'd imagine.
