S is a long shot

H you have a decent chance

You should be in everywhere else other than Penn/UVA

Also, any chance of hitting 3.5 before or during your apps are in or have you graduated already?

No chance on raising GPA, graduated 3 years ago. But I'm hoping the fact that I majored in Chemistry will help me out a bit.

Any particular reason why Penn/UVA is unlikely?

Historically less of a URM bump. Also likely out at Berkeley, as they tend to like high GPAs.

I say they get Penn/UVA She has UVA's median so its highly likely they will try to swoop in on her LSAT score. Good shot at H in my opinion even though she is just below that 3.5 mark, they tend to be pretty lenient for URMs. I would apply to H and down for any of the schools you are interested in. Major will be a soft that really won't impact your cycle.

Cal would be a wild card in my book. They literally do whatever they want and however they want to. I would argue you do manage to get in there though as you are a very competitive URM applicant.

Thanks! I really thought my multiple LSAT scores would hurt, but you didn't call it out. That was my main concern! I'm hoping my personal and diversity statements will (slightly) benefit me.

Oh multiple LSATs won't matter whatsoever even for a non-URM candidate anywhere except Yale, let alone a 169 AA URM.

If you craft a good clean application, you should be fine almost everywhere you apply.

Thanks all for responding!

I probably should have asked this initially. What are my chances at getting scholarships from these schools? I wrestle with going to a T14 and getting into 6 figure debt. I'm hoping there will be some money on the table, and maybe some room for negotiation.

Have you checked out myLSN.info? There aren't huge amounts of data points, but it looks like you have a solid shot at some money from CCN on down. Just apply across the board and you should get some decent offers.

With regards to Berk, I'd say OP's upbringing, socio-economic status, and softs will play a fairly significant factor in the decision. They certainly don't like sub-3.5s and given CA's stricter rules against AA it'll be an uphill battle but not at all impossible.
