Thanks for the advice. Hmm, yeah I'll probably just apply regular decision then, especially since I don't know if i'll get into either it would be better to apply to both by November regular decision.

Oh, it does that automatically in certain circumstances now. Here is the explanation:

manual non-ED search images will now display a message at the bottom indicating the value one might receive from retaking and scoring 3 points higher on the LSAT if there is a significant difference and the max lsat score is less than 173

This is the first year Cornell has ED, so its unclear what boost it will have. I am assuming you would get in ED since this year's median was a 167 and they usually seem to shoot for 168s. That said, I would apply RD but early to Cornell and GULC and see what happens. Finally, retake.
