Reverse Splitter(?) - 163 and 3.83

NOTE 1: For those who would respond with "retake, don't waste that GPA!", I agree - I'm planning to retake in October.
NOTE 2: For those would say "come back with your new score," please hold on - even if you don't comment on my chances, I have questions independent of my stats. I'd really appreciate any insight you may have into those questions, even if you don't comment on my chances.

With that out of the way, my basic stats are above. I'm a non-URM social sciences major from the U of Minnesota. Here are my other factors (and the source of my other questions below):

-Worked part-time job 3/4 of my time in college.
-Worked as a legislative intern for a Minnesota state senator (in college)
-Am working (and have been for 2 years) as a paralegal/case manager at a mass tort firm. I directly supervise a team of 7 people and manage well over $150 million in settlement funds.
-Graduated with my B.A. at age 20.

So, as for my questions 1) Does being an alumnus of Minnesota have any impact, positive or negative, on my chances there? 2) I was able to graduate at 20 because I completed a ton of college credits in high school at our local college; part of me thinks, "hey, that's unusual and a little impressive to graduate a couple years younger than average." The other part of me thinks "half my college credits came from a no-name local school, so maybe not..." Anyone know how that will look to admissions people? Will they care either way? 3) I know my work experience is hardly awe-inspiring, but I would think that having a leadership position with a lot of responsibility in the legal field at a fairly young age (20-22) has to carry at least a little value. How helpful could it be in the admissions process?

Thanks for taking the time to read and respond! If you're feeling generous enough to entertain me, what chances (admissions and possible $) do I have with my current stats and all?

Again...yes, retake. I know. Just looking for some personal input that LSN can't cover.

Retake. Your softs don't matter/aren't impressive. mylsn.info. Being an alum probably won't matter at all. Work for a few years and get life experience/drunk/laid

I think that about sums up what everyone was about to tell you.

Honestly, bust your ass for the retake, thereris much improving to do, don't sell yourself short and don't take till you have 10 170+ tests inaq row, then go to elite school and prosper. No such thing as reverse splitter, only "too lazy to bust ass on retaker-ers"

None of these things will affect your cycle for better or worse more than 1 single LSAT point would.

Don't call yourself a reverse splitter... in theory, "reverse splitters" who are serious about law school should never exist.

Also, this:

I bet you're in at UMN, although paying close to sticker. They need people like you to fill out their 3.8, since they give $$ to 2.9/167.

That being said, a 166 would get you a full ride.

A full ride at UMN would be cool. To think I was about 4 correct questions away from 166...never stops eating at me.

Anyway, thanks for the input everyone.

EDIT: I meant 4 correct answers that I would have gotten on most PT's.
