I'd probably go Penn round 2 before UVA. Unless you really want GULC before Penn -- since you'll probably get GULC with the ED.

Neither are especially great.
UVA (ED)
Very good.
Northwestern (RD)
Probably 50/50, depending on level of work experience.
and Cornell?
Not worth the app fee.
While you're probably not big on a retake, two more points puts ED NYU solidly in play and gives you a good chance chance at Michigan ED. I think it's worth it, personally.

I'm definitely retaking in October, but work is really hard right now so I cant guarantee a better score.
3.29/170 is not worth the app fee at Cornell? Really? My lsn puts it at 100%. The only reason I brought it up was cause I thought that those chances were way too high. I didn't think Cornell was so anti-splitter, but I guess I was wrong...

Let me rephrase -- I'm getting the exact same information from mylsn, and seeing applicants with your numbers being unceremoniously rejected from Cornell. So while my gut tells me Cornell is not nearly selective enough to be turning down 170s, especially 170s that ED, mylsn seems to be saying otherwise.

So, how about
Penn ED--> UVA ED--> Gtown ED
How are my chances with Penn (RD/ED), UVA (ED), Northwestern (RD), and Cornell?
This sounds like a good plan to me. Here's what I'm getting for Penn and UVA:

I agree with twentypercentmore that your shot at Cornell doesn't appear great, (but it's probably not quite as bad as the results below indicate).

Note that submitting your app early, probably with EA, may help you a lot at Cornell. Below are Cornell and Georgetown with just early applications:

Cornell's not exactly known for being friendly to splitters, but it's worth the app fee. You never know what could happen. Trust me.
Edit: Just remembered Cornell is starting a Binding ED this year with two rounds. I don't know all the details yet, but the second round might be something you're interested in.

Yes. I haven't found any other info on it yet, but there's a regular app and an "early decision-round 1" app available on LSAC at this moment.
