Not enough data points, but by using your GPA and playing around with the LSAT and/or URM status it seems like you might have a 25-50% chance at HLS.

Definitely worth applying. You have strong stats for a non-URM candidate. You would only need a 3.8 GPA as a non-URM to significantly raise your chances.
