What are my chances for T14? I'm strongly considering a retake, because I'm pretty sure I can bump it up 2-3 points. Is it worth a retake if it only increases to 170-171? Any chance for a UC Berkeley or a Stanford (certainly a long shot, I know) with a 174 or so?

If you can get up to a 174, Berkeley looks like a good possibility. You should definitely retake if you think you can get to that level.
Breaking 170 is always a good thing.

Retake. There's not a bigger one-point jump than that from 169 to 170.
