Def apply to YSH. Your best shot is probably at H.

Dont believe that averaging BS. They love their 173 median.

Probably out at YS bc of GPA but fair shot at H. It also seems H has been giving a small URM boost to non-MA Hispanics so that could work in your favor. In any case, blanket the T14 and see what happens
