Doesn't look too good: http://myLSN.info/lsovgr

Your service will definitely help you, but I don't know if it would be enough to get you into the T14. If you have loaded parents or something, then EDing to UVA would probably get you in.

But assuming you aren't rich, you should retake. You have plenty of time and it is a learnable test. Improving just a few points could get you into several T14 schools, with money.

I have two re-take chances left, so I guess I probably should re-take then.

But I only have old LSAT PTs left. Any advice on re-studying??
(I was PT-ing around 167-168)

Would I have a shot at ED-ing Northwestern?

NU ED comes with a full ride scholarship so its much more competitive. If you hit 170 you'd get it though. They use it to buy ppl above both medians. However you have the gi bill so no point worrying about that anyway.
