You're probably new to this site but basically every single person is going to tell you to retake if you have a 3.8+ and score under a 160 on the LSAT. To not retake would be fiscally irresponsible on your part. Unless you can honestly say you don't think you can improve anymore, retake. Good luck and kill it next cycle.

1 year update. I ended up retaking after working my butt of studying. Got a 169 and will be applying this cycle. Thank you TLS.

Good for you, bro. Retake in feb while you're applying. But you'll get some good money from the lower top 14.

Yeah, definitely retake again in Feb. You'll have some good options though even if you don't improve.
