I am considering to apply early decision to any of the top 14 law schools that offer it in January.
What are my chances at UPenn, UVA (out of state) or Duke with 164/3.9?
I will apply ED to the one that gives me a best shot because i realize that with 164 i will not get into any of the top 14 school RD.
Thanks.

Why not NW or Mich?

No shot at Northwestern with those numbers. ED is more selective than RD since it comes with the $150K scholarship.TripTrip wrote:Why not NW or Mich?

I am too young and I have no professional experience for Northwestern.TripTrip wrote:Why not NW or Mich?
Michigan's ED has passed.
Thanks for voting.

There are basically no data points on applicants who have ED'ed this late, but people have gotten into Penn, UVA, Duke, and Georgetown via ED with your numbers. I would choose between Penn and UVA and ED. Just FYI, you have a much better chance, generally speaking, at UVA.

I would love to get into UVA with my disappointing 165.Doorkeeper wrote:There are basically no data points on applicants who have ED'ed this late, but people have gotten into Penn, UVA, Duke, and Georgetown via ED with your numbers.
