155 is way under my practice tests (158-160)

Also have 4 years of significant work experience out of undergrad at a public company.

Also, is a February LSAT too late to take?

Do not waste a 3.9. If you feel like February is too late to apply, wait a year. With the right LSAT you'll get T14 schools and scholarship money. You could save tens/hundreds of thousands of dollars on school and/or go somewhere with better job opportunities. Do not settle for a 155.
