LSN seems to imply that it would be a waste, but with changing medians, you may have a shot.
Where else would you ED? Are you just trying to get into any T14?

Any T14 that's on the east coast that is above Virginia. :(

Any T14 that's on the east coast that is above Virginia. :(
You'll get into Cornell and most likely Georgetown. Other than that I don't really see it happening unless I'm just forgetting a law school. So you could ED to Penn, because applying ED to Cornell or Georgetown would be dumb.

It's a waste. Apply anyway, retake in December/Feb, and you'll be a lot more likely to get in regular decision (Penn has this thing about yield protection.)

ahh numbers twin! haha but I say go for it, I feel personally that I have like zero chance of getting into Penn so if you want to go there and feel strongly I would definitely go Early Decision, that way they might take you just because they know your definitely going to go there if your in!
