How long since you graduated? If you have some distance between yourself and that 2.5 it could help. And do you have any specific reason that would explain the 2.5? Taking care of your parents during school maybe?

With work experience separating you from your GPA, and a meaningful GPA addendum, you could get into some of the schools with more lenient gpa floors (UVA, NU, etc). If you are K-JD that gpa is going to be a serious problem even with the god mode lsat.

I did help my parents pay some bills in college, my low gpa is mostly my lack of interest in general classes, have a 3.9 gpa in my major. political science. what is K-JD? New to the forum.

K-JD means you're going straight through from kindergarten to law school.

Well with a 178 they are probably going to read your PS, so you better make that thing amazing. And probably are going to need a better GPA addendum than "lack of interest". Honestly your best bet is just to work for a few years. You'll never get away from that GPA entirely, but at this point the best way to mitigate its effect is to get a job and put some distance between you and undergrad.

If you want the T14 you will most likely need a couple years of work experience, then apply to Northwestern
