On LSN, over the past 5 years, 0/35 applicants in your range have been accepted to Northwestern. So...

You have an outside shot at BU/BC/F/MN/UW/ND

The top 30s you have a really good chance at are Indiana, Iowa, Arizona State, and Alabama. Likely with $

Pretty much a lock at lower Tier 1s, likely with $

You should strongly consider retaking in October... Good luck!

You should retake, most definitely, but I would throw NU an app, even with your current stats. The TFA people I know who applied to NU this past cycle strongly outperformed their numbers. You're probably still a few points away on the LSAT, but in another down cycle, you should apply broadly. If you don't get a rejection, you're doing it wrong.

TFA is a very nice soft, but it will not make up for being significantly below median in both LSAT and GPA (170 and 3.8, respectively, for NU). You need to retake and hit at least 170 to have a strong shot at NU.
