what schools are likely if I have LSAT score of 176 (169 the first time) with a GPA of 3.5? (Columbia, NYU, Stanford, Harvard, Yale, other T-14). Also did a Fulbright scholarship and then got some minimal work experience.

Likely out at HYS, but you're in good shape just about everywhere else. NYU and Northwestern are your best bets in the T-14.

NYU sometimes snubs re-takers. HYS and Berkeley are out.

With a 176/3.5, Fulbright Scholar & work experience is there really any top 12 law school to which you will not apply ? Obviously your GPA is a concern, but is it enough of a concern to stop you from applying to Harvard ?

I wouldn't worry about the retake issue with NYU. They admit almost everybody with your numbers. Like Berkeley, Duke can be stingy with GPAs, but you have a solid chance at both. But really, just apply to all of the T-14 and you'll have nice options.

Also, Penn aggressively yield protects, so they'll be tough.

sorry to ask again, but I would like to hear all of your thoughts on Stanford specifically since i heard they prefer high GPAs and I would really like to go there

Well, you heard correctly. Your chances there are incredibly slim. California in general is not friendly to lower GPAs.

Can you not search for re-takers anymore? I was trying to see if NYU still can be finicky about re-takes and came up empty-handed.

They seem to be less finnicky in general since you applied. Even two years ago a 173 was far from a guarantee, but now the vast majority of 172s and 173s are green instead of yellow.

Yes, but a 3.5 is not "high". Boalt's median is a 3.72 according to TLS. Stanford's 25th % is a 3.76.

here's what LSN's records are from 2005-present for people with a GPA from 3.4-3.6 and an LSAT score from 175-177.

It looks like you're solid at Northwestern, Georgetown, Cornell, and NYU (which prefers high LSATs, I think).

HYS would be reaches.

Hope it helps :)
