how are the chances for penn ED with a 3.72 UG GPA and 169 LSAT?

Retake and get 170+, then the odds will be in your favor. As is no chance.

Youre better off with Mich ED, RD everwhere (what i would do), or retake for that 170 as then youd have a good shot at Penn ED

Very similar numbers. Outright rejected at Penn ED. If you want to ED then go Michigan. If not then enjoy Ithaca.

Very similar numbers. You won't get Penn, but you have a good shot at Michigan and everything south of there. Maybe even some money.
