My undergraduate GPA was a hair above a 3.0 and my 1st LSAT was a 171. Retaking the LSAT with the hope of adding a couple points. I double majored in economics and mangament, worked full time through college, and have 3-4 years work experience at a bank. Looking to get an idea of what are the top schools I could get into and/or get scholarships/financial aid from.

ED to UVA is close to a lock, blanketing T-14 for a hit is dicey (with the likely hit being Georgetown; possibly NU). If all you care about is getting into the best school possible I'd think hard about where to ED--UVA, Michigan, Cornell are the likely targets.
HYS is out; Penn/Columbia/Duke/Chicago are probably out.
