I think you're in at all, but Fordham might give you a surprise WL or Deny. I'm sure like me, you've read that you should retake gain until you get a 165+ because our URM status will get us into a few great schools.
Also have you thought about University of Houston? They place above their rank into Big Law and are pretty URM/Splitter friendly.
BTW I'm Mex URM/162/3.77/started a company/Good PS/DS and I've gotten into UCal Davis, Colorado, and even gotten several waitlists at t14. I know your GPA is lower than mine but if you got a few more points on that LSAT you could probably get some pretty awesome accepts.
