oh, UMiami is out of the question for you. You'd definitely get in, but you wouldn't get a full ride. No one gets a full ride. My worry for you is not that you couldn't get in, my worry for you is that you wouldn't be able to pay for it.
If you're in Texas, I'd look at going to a teir 2 state school. With a 167 you'd definitely get in, and hopefully with a full ride. Because your drug charges, especially being as recent as 2 years ago would disqualify you from federal school loans. You might be able to qualify for private loans, but many are based on federal programs so I'm not sure.
