I can guarantee you that a 4.0 from an ivy is viewed differently than a 4.0 from a poorly regarded or unknown school.

The bias toward highly regarded schools will only get stronger in the T14.
Ivies, yes. But the difference from, say, Georgetown University to Craptown State U isn't going to be a significant except as a tiebreaker.
