If the school has to be in NYC, I think Fordham would be the minimum you'd want to attend.
If you can wait till next cycle I'd go ahead and do that.

Yes, you can definitely reapply. The app will generally ask whether you've applied previously to their law school and what the decision was. Not like I'm in any position to give great advice now (just posted a help, i suck topic) but I would suggest waiting and retaking in June if you have a job or other plans to occupy you for a year.
