I can't quote you a possibility, but I can recommend you edit the thread subject to include URM status, it'll help people skimming the threads come in here and give better advice.

Also, check out this website:

Good luck applying!

Not a waste of time. But re-take the lsat. Get a 165 and enjoy Harvard.

the predictor is not always reliable, especially not with URMs. Good job getting a great GPA! I think you have a realistic shot at somewhere in the T14. However, if you really focus on studying and get a 163+, T6 is def doable.

you are a lock for at least one T14, but if you retake to the mid-160s, you have shot anywhere

According to profile OP is female? From what I understand, AA males receive a significantly higher boost than AA females. Your great GPA and decent LSAT will still, I'd imagine, allow you to fairly easily break the T14 but a retake into the mid 160s (as others are pointing out) would help you break HYS (if you don't already). But the AA male/female distinction is something to keep in mind when calculating the boost you receive.

Higher? Maybe. Significantly higher? Definitely not.

I wouldn't settle with trying to get in to a T14 based on your current scores. Retake in Feb. to increase your chances. You have a 3.9, so obviously you are intelligent, just shoot for a 5 point increase and you should be in good shape.

I'm below you in both categories and got acceptance to 3x T-20 schools. I have significant soft factors though. If you're applying this year better to go with what you've got rather than wait 2 months for a new score, at which point acceptance letters are fewer and far between.
