What are my chances at T-14. I would really want to go to Georgetown, UPenn, or NYU (far shot I know) I could take the test again in December, and I think I could bring up my LSAT by perhaps a few points. Is it worth it since I would be applying late, or should I instead apply now with what I have since its earlier in the cycle? How much would early decision help by the way? Do I have a shot??? Help please!

ED will not help. Taking it in December could help if you score 172+. If you don't improve at all, applying late will hurt you. You will have a really hard shot getting into any of those schools as is, as you are below all medians. Try Vandy.

Basically if you really have your heart set on T14, I would retake and apply in December or sit out a cycle. Right now, unless you are a TX resident (in which case you would have a leg up at UT) or a CA resident (in which you would have a slight leg up at UCLA), barring an amazing life story, connections, unbelievable work experience, veteran status, or URM status, you chances look very bleak.

Well I do have some personal/health (sort of) issues which seriously affected my GPA, and which is why its so low. If I wrote about that in my personal statement would I have a good shot then?

It could help if it's really compelling, but don't count on it, and as the numbers are, it don't look good for T14. Basically the theory goes that if you are below 25% in GPA you need an LSAT score at/above 75% to be attractive. Most, if not all, of the T14 75% LSAT are above 171. UPenn is 171, NYU is 175, GT is 172.

maybe I'm overstepping here, but for someone who's striving for t-14 with subpar numbers (subpar for t-14...your numbers are otherwise great and you should be proud of them), you don't seem as well-informed this late in the game as perhaps you should be.

write your PS about whatever you can write best about. However, you should definitely write an addendum about your health issues.

apply now (ASAP) regular decision, and register for december lsat. if you can get a 169, a 172 is certainly possible within this timeframe, which is probably the minimum you would need to get into nyu, upenn, and probably also georgetown, depending on the seriousness of your health issues, and how well you inform the schools of them. the law schools will get your updated LSAT score before they make their decisions
