You probably know as much as anyone posting here about your chances of admission to Columbia. Hopefully, you will consider applying to Penn & NYU as well. Cornell would most likely admit you. If, however, Columbia is your only target, then plan to retake the LSAT.

Yeah what CanadianWolf said, you need a retake for Columbia. Otherwise your options aren't bad, you're just very unlikely to land T6. I have the same numbers

Would my chances be better by EDing to NYU than Columbia? I fall "in" more given NYU's 25th percentile LSAT (169) and 75th percentile GPA (3.86)

Previous posters are taking a somewhat pessimistic attitude. Out at both? Unlikely to land a T6? Not if you ED to NYU. Not a sure thing, but a solid chance. ED at Columbia might be a slight stretch, though, but there's no way you can rule anyone out for ED if they're at/above both 25th percentiles, as you are at Chicago and NYU. FWIW, your LSAT is comfortably above Chicago's 25th (167) and your GPA puts you in solid contention there, especially for ED.

Isn't Chicago's 168? And 169 for NYU, 170 for Columbia. I'm not ruling it out, just saying that it's unlikely. You're never totally out when you're above both 25th, but a 170 would raise her chances significantly.

Only T6 care. They'll average the two scores or use some form of: (Score 1 + Score 2)/(some number between 1.8 and 2).
That's one of the reasons I'm not retaking even though I scored 5 points below my average.
