166/4.18 Engineering Major, ED Penn?

Post by haowu80s » Thu Oct 27, 2011 10:27 am

Major in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue
Average softs
I have already retaken lsat once. Got 166 in June, 166 again in October. I don't have much time practicing these days cuz I am also applying to ME grad schools and doing research. If I retake in December, i guess 3 pts+ at most. It could even get lower.

My question is: 1. What are my chances in ED U Penn, other MVPB/DGNC?
2. Should I retake the second time under the risk of even a lower score?

One more:
If I am waitlisted, how will I be better off if I retake LSAT in feburary, and get 169-170? I will have lot more time to practice after december.

1. They are esp. good at Berkeley, but you have a shot everywhere.
2. No, but for the love of God, spell October correctly.

That is the most sense making choice based on the number and the fact that Boalt weighs more on GPA. But my heart is with U Penn for personal reasons. What are my chances if I ED U Penn. 50/50 , 30/70?
