I don't even know what to do at this point, really wanted t-6 but obviously that is not happening. If I do retake, will a 170+ be enough for NYU?

If you want T-14, you're going to have to retake (statistically speaking, at least). Not sure about the merits of a 170 and NYU, check lawschoolnumbers.com for that.

Fairly confident you won't be attending a T6 as is.

Good chance you get WL even with a 170 at CCN.

Studying for the LSAT is a grind, if you stay positive and follow the advice on these forums, you just might get the score you need.

You can ED at a school that likes splitters like UVa and get in with those numbers I'd imagine.

I don't agree with this. You could probably pull NYU with a 169 and ED.

CC, sorry it didn't work out. A 167+ will do you a lot of good for T6, especially for Chicago, and 170+ will make it almost a sure thing if you ED.

CCN don't care about retakes, despite what they tell you.

LSP and LSN disagree.

Well, per LSN, 4 people with above 4.0+/169 applied last year and all four made it in. None were waitlisted.

:?:

You cite LSP as disagreeing even though it is listed as Strong Consider? Also, Chicago is an Admit and CLS is Strong Consider.

I'm not advocating basing your decision strictly on LSP because I think it is only mildly useful, but that just doesn't make sense...
