URM status will help. Do you have more to add to being a PAD President? I have really similar numbers and am a PAD Chapter Pres as well, but I'm not exactly putting money on that position alone.

I doubt that being President of a PAD chapter will help; in fact, it may answer the question as to why your GPA wasn't higher. PAD may be looked as an insignificant social activity (slightly above being listed in "Who's Who") unless the chapter under your leadership undertook a noteworthy project. Which type of URM ?
