U of Minnesota
Boston U
Indiana U (with lots of $$$ it seems)
U of Illinois
UC Davis
and several others in the 25-50 USNWR range.

I was wondering if these chances seem realistic? I like the NYC and San Francisco areas and was wondering my chances for:

UC Davis
UC Hastings
Fordham

And maybe my chances of breaking top 20. Would an ED to UVA help my chances at all (or some place else)? or is it a futile effort?
You have no shot at ED UVA even in state. Fordham is maybe, BU is probably no, Indiana is in with money, Illinois is in with money, Davis is probably in, Hastings probably in, and Minn is in with money.

I know my prospects there are pretty bleak, but I would like some reach schools to round out my cycle. I was thinking Northwestern or Cornell as my t14 reach and then as for the top 20 maybe Washington U and GWU.
You might as well ED somewhere, but I still see 0 shot at any T14. GW seems surprisingly doable with your numbers. WUSTL wouldn't have been this year, but might be now, since the # of applicants is dropping. They'll probably make you wait til April or so though while they get over their denial about not maintaining the 168 median.

In state at Michigan is not near the boost in state is at VA. There might be a very tiny preference for their alums, but I know plenty of UM alums here at WUSTL who would have loved to go back. Don't know their numbers, but there's something to think about at least.

By all means, apply. You probably have a > 0 chance, even if I think it's also a < 1%. Just know that it's extremely unlikely with your numbers.
