This might be overkill to do on score release day, but I have waited almost two years to retake and can't wait any longer to do a chances thread. Chance me please. Also advice: Texas is #1 choice and Northwestern is #2. Texas, I know, is long shot. Should I ED to Northwestern, yes or no?

I think ED NU is a pretty safe choice since you won't be accepted with no $. You'll either get in with $$$ or get deferred and then (most likely) in with no obligation.

I'm not sure if you're on a fee wavier, but remove the cali schools (unless you're willing to go full sticker to UCLA) as your GPA will WL you there at best. And Boalt has not accepted somebody with your numbers in forever. Their gpa floor is pretty hard.

IN at T14:
Northwestern
Gtown
Cornell

Others:
Have a good shot at one sticking.

And congrats on the score increase. I had a similar increase as well.

I know about Texas. I know it's a waste of time. Just something I have to do.
