yea I had similar numbers. You'll probably get into WUSTL. Apply early. If you get waitlisted visit and tell them it's your #1 choice. I also got into Cardozo in NYC if you want to live there. If you can retake and get like a 171+ try for Northwestern.

2.9 and 170 is not similar as 2.1 and 169. a 2.1 and 2.9 is a huge difference

It's hard to say due to your GPA being so law. Do you have a colorable explanation for the low GPA aside from mere laziness? If so, an explanatory addendum could help you. If not, I think it will be very difficult for you to break into any T1 schools. Splitter-friendly schools definitely dip into sub-3.0 GPA, but generally such GPAs are 2.7-2.9. I think that your 2.1 will be difficult to overcome.
