Ignore LSP. You probably have a decent chance of getting at least one of them (do UVA first then UMich if UVA waitlists/rejects you).

If you would consider Duke you could get 3 separate ED applications -- UVA early, Mich by Dec, and Duke's second ED. That would maximize your chances minus a retake.

Yeah start with UVA ED and go from there. You should get UVA though.
Edit: Sick GPA- maybe you should retake in September for the hell of it and see if you can get it over 170...then you're looking at money at MVP, admission to CCN, and approaching H.
