Thanks for the tips that was very helpful! I don't plan on applying to B so I'll just apply to V, YHS the first day their apps come out.

Yeah, this. I was denied a LSAC fee waiver but granted need-based fee waivers from almost every school I reached out to. Doesn't hurt to ask.

Also denied LSAC waiver but got HYSC waivers upon request. Definitely don't be shy about asking!
