I would think:

Georgetown: Out
Cornell In or W/L-in
Michigan W/L and maybe in depending on the resume. You're below median on the GPA.

My advice: if you get Michigan, go for it. I didn't even apply to Mich or Cornell bc of the location and, in some ways, I regret it now. Michigan has an amazing rep.

Cornell or Mich are your best bets, I would prolly throw an ED at Mich being that i dont think cornell has ED
