I have good recs and a solid personal statement. I'm interested in prosecution and just want to know what other schools could be good options.

The ones I have on my list as of now are:

Syracuse
Buffalo
St. John's
Gonzaga
Marquette
Loyola Los Angeles

Are there any other schools I should look into?

You have a solid GPA, please retake. Buffalo is the only one of those schools worth going to due to the price and lack of competition (if you want to live in WNY).

I'm still considering a retake. However, if I decide not to, what other schools would be good options that would give me a chance at good scholarship money?

These schools are only worth it with a full ride, which you won't get with those numbers. The only places that you should consider with your current numbers are cheap state schools. If you retake, you can go to any of these for close to free with just a couple of point increase.
