I would guess maybe one of GW, BU or Fordham off the waitlist, or GW part-time admit. Zero chance at getting into UT if you're not URM, but apply if you want. I'd add a few safeties to this list.

Ok actually, I know one girl with a 4.0 162 who got into BU off the waitlist. Near top of the class.

That is all.

I think an ED to UVA app would end in a waitlist/reject. I do know of those numbers getting UVA ED, but they were VA residents, and that makes a big difference. I'm none urm and got all three of BU/GW/Fordham with very similar numbers, so there is hope, but I would absolutely not count on that. Some were off WLs. I wasn't student body VP, but I had my own special snowflake softs to bring to the table. Don't take my anecdotal evidence as applicable to your situation--do take the money you'd spend on UT app and apply to some schools in the Mason/W&L/American range. Or (classic) retake.

Pretty sure OP indicated he was from VA.

UVA "sponsors" that program but I didn't take that to mean OP attended UVA. Semester at sea takes students from everwhere. If he/she has residency I think it looks better but def not a lock.

Thanks for the insight everyone, and sorry for the lapse in response.

I'm actually not a UVA grad, however, I guess I've *technically* attended there, as I have transfer credit and a transcript from the school.

Anyhow, could you guys give me your opinion on 1 more school?

University of Minnesota

Thanks all.

First, UMN is awesome. I deposited there first and went to the ASW, and I loved it. Also, I think you have a really decent shot there; they love high GPAs. Take the PS very seriously and work in "Why MN."

You better retake the LSAT. You'd be throwing away your GPA. If you do better, the worst-case scenario is that you get more scholarship money from the schools you're interested in. Best-case is you get HYSCCN.
