Don't know if you can get Harvard with that...probably one of CCN. URMs are tough to predict, but don't you get more of an LSAT boost than GPA?

I know of two AA males with similar stats that got into Harvard.

172/3.2. He went to a school that was notorious for GPA deflation. He was held before he was accepted.

174/3.2. His 174 was a retake (up from a 170) and had two years of highly regarded WE. He was deferred Columbia ED, but then got into H around February.

Your LSAT score is superior and neither of the aforementioned applicants were WLed. I wouldn't expect a JR1 right away but I have a feeling you will eventually get one. Definitely apply.

Good luck :)
