URM 3.3gpa
Hello I am graduating this spring with a cumulative ug gpa of 3.31. I am a URM male and was wondering what I would need to shoot for on my LSAT for a top 14 or top 25 school? I have no preconceptions about what I am going to get on my OCT LSAT but would like a goal to shoot for. Thanks in advance for your help

Re: URM 3.3gpa
170+, It depends on what kind of URM you are.

PR. And thank you. If I blank this year and get a high 160 should i go back and fix classes to get my gpa to 3.5 and re-do the process? What type of summer job would help my softs the most? Currently I just have architecture internship experience.

The specific kind of URM actually can make a big difference, so you should probably include that info.fixxion wrote:Hello I am graduating this spring with a cumulative ug gpa of 3.31. For instance, if you were an African American, you could get into Columbia ($75 scholly) with a 165, as this person has: 3.3/165: Columbia with 75k http://lawschoolnumbers.com/HopefulEsquire723
3.02/164: Georgetown with 60k http://lawschoolnumbers.com/Schmapdy
3/164: Berkeley http://lawschoolnumbers.com/URMFTW
3.11/163: WUSTL with 75k http://lawschoolnumbers.com/Punisha20
3.24/162: Vanderbilt with 60k (WL in T6) http://lawschoolnumbers.com/jr1886bug
3.27/158: Boston College with 84k (WL in T6) http://lawschoolnumbers.com/BBeauty
Take a look at LawSchoolNumbers.com for information btw. The general rule for AA is 160+ for T20, and 163+ for T14. I am unfamiliar with other ethnicities, but you can surely browse through the website for relevant data points.
*Edit: Just saw that you are PR. Disregard the above. You won't' get as big a boost as AA, but you will likely get some leeway.

also very interested in this. i'm a mexican URM with the same GPA, no LSAT yet. can anyone throw some LSAT scores at us that would give us high likelihood for some t-14's/t-20's?? also, would I be out at ucla/usc because of my GPA?

From the stories I've read it seems like our chances at UCLA/USC are pretty low. Same with Berkley I believe. The Cali schools weigh gpa pretty high and it dosn't look like they take alot of splitters. It's a bummer because I'd love to stay in Cali.
