tl;dr, retake?

Retake. The difference between submitting your apps in September and in November is marginal. The difference between a 168 and 170 is not marginal.

In the worst case scenario that your LSAT scores look like either cancel/168/cancel or cancel/168/165, schools will still just look at your 168.
