Just make sure you have a solid personal statement and LORs

volunteer work, getting published, getting promoted at work all are nice...but unless they are major something throw on a few months before school probably wont make a difference
+1 Volunteer!!! Volunteer in something semi-related to your interests.
At the same time, I agree to work on your personal statement, diversity statement (if you do one), and 250 word for Yale.
Thanks. Where can I get details on what each school needs? Are the applications exactly the same year after year?
Applications basically the same year after year. And most schools have the same app as each other with a few tweaks. You don't really actually need the applications to start working on your material (resume, LORs, PS, DS, Why School X, addendum if needed)
You should be able to get a pdf from their admissions websites. If not, you can email the school and ask for one.
