166, Awkward Scores, Retake or Not? BU? BC? Fordham?

I got 166 in this Feb, I am foreign educated, so don't really have GPA. According to my friend who is now in T-Austin, LSAC would only give out a general description of "above average". But I am confident with my undergraduate performance. Scores for major subjects are always 90 plus/100. Cum. Scores is also good. I am really confused that whether I need to retake it. If I could get 1 more point, probably I won't. But now my 166 is really putting me in a precarious position...
Here are some softs: I came back to the States, got a M.A in U of Michigan, MA GPA 3.43, roughly. Interned in CNN Asian Branch, Ogilvy Beijing, Chamber of Commerce of China in Laos.
I think top-14 would be definitely negative to me. And I am thinking about:
Taxas-Austin (my highest reach in terms of ranking, but negative)
USC
GWU
BU
BC
Fordham
(Kind of prefer NY-Boston-Washington Region, because more job opportunities.)
Other considerations:
1. Live in Atalanta, also consider about UGA and Emory, not sure. Seems people in this Forum have no preference for these two...any opinions?
2. Some accelerated JD program: Northwestern's accelerated 2 year program seems a 165 score can get in...any opinions?
Generally, my huge question is: do I need to retake my LSAT to guarantee a Top 20? Or Top 20 or Top 30 doesn't make a huge difference, it really depends on each School?
