SMU in +$
USC out
Vandy in
Wustl out
Texas in
GULC pt in

all answers are assuming that you either already applied in dec. at the latest or plan to apply next cycle otherwise out at all except SMU, and they won't give money.

WL Texas. But since you're already retaking, just study hard and up your score by two and you're in at Texas.

3.7/165 has no shot at Vandy or USC. Shot at Texas because in state...

Obv shoot as high as you can when retaking, but you'll need at least a 167 to have a shot at any of those, 168-169 to feel comfortable

I am retaking in June, and I feel that a 167 is certainly attainable for me.

3.8/168 Waitlisted at Vandy here. I doubt you'd have a shot there with a 165.
