Despite my low LSAT score, do I have any hope at getting considered to some schools in the T50 or 40 with my UGPA? I am retaking in Feb, and took for the first time in December. Will the late start make a big difference in whether or not first tier schools even look at my application?
I am applying to every caliber law school out there. I have my heart set on UCLA (though I know it's a long shot), but I would be fine with other local schools like Pepperdine or Loyola. Doable, or pipe dream?
Any insight would be great. Thanks.

Don't attend any law school that lets you in with a 150. Study your ass off for 3 months and improve by 20 points.gmo3 wrote:Despite my low LSAT score, do I have any hope at getting considered to some schools in the T50 or 40 with my UGPA? are you URM?
Otherwise theres no way in hell UCLA, and probably not pepperdine.
I don't know anything about Loyola.
retake, don't waste your GPA, time, or money.

I'm retaking in February....would I be better off waiting until June and applying early in the next cycle? Does taking it in February AND June affect how schools look at my scores? And what kind of LSAT do I need to be shooting for to be confident I can get into a UCLA-caliber school, with the GPA I have?
