Since it's so late, your chances are reduced. However, I think you have a shot at Georgetown, Michigan, Vanderbilt, Cornell, Texas, and anywhere below USC.

What about UCLA? Any news on whether late applications affect chance of admission? How do "soft" factors play into their application process or any of the T14 mentioned above--I grew up abroad and speak several languages fluently; started a successful IT firm out of college etc.

I'd wait till next year. Law school isn't going anywhere. Do it right, keep your chances for money/prestige high.
