You can inform schools of your grad GPA but they won't really care. It definitely won't be factored into your UGPA as your LSAC GPA consists of only classes taken up until your first bachelor's.

Retake the LSAT so you are not relegated to T3 schools.

It will be of minimal help. A 172 will be of maximum help.

While I realize that a 170+ would help, would it negate the GPA? More than anything else, I would love to get into Carolina or Duke. What would that take?

Also, stupid question, but does getting turned down by a school hurt your chances of getting in at a school a year later after retaking the LSAT?

Duke is out even with a 180. They have a GPA floor.

Thanks, this is the kind of info I need. I constantly see people post stuff like" this school is lsat heavy, or this school is gpa heavy". Is there a thread for this kind of info?

Use Law School Numbers. You can see who got accepted with what. The graphs are very helpful.

I don't think I've ever heard of anyone getting a job out of Liberty...

that is a sad thing to read. that being said, they fee waiver'd me, so I am putting in an app. Plus, I have been on their campus several time (and visited their law school while I was there) and it was nice.

I think I wrote this to you in a different thread, but you should seriously consider Campbell. They are T4 but they place well in NC (only). I have had several friends get jobs in the triangle from Campbell. If you want to stay in NC and you want to use your current numbers, you should really apply there.

EDIT: Never mind, just noticed you have them on your list.

Yeah, Campbell is on the list. I am not really all that concerned with staying in NC. Honestly, I just don't want to pay too much (not that my list shows that).
