Any idea how isolated Gtown PT students are from full-timers?

Also: how to get off of the regular WL (at any school)?

I have no clue how isolated, but I think the PTers go to school at night. I think you can easily transfer into fulltime after a year.

I don't know that you'll get off Penn or UVA WL no matter what you do.

most schools allow you to change to full time after a semester and the rest after a year
