161/3.46 Chances at Iowa or Ohio?

I'm not an URM, although I am a minority. I went to a top 50 public school and have decent softs: multiple internships leadership in a small but expanding humanitarian student organization and VP of a national honors society chapter. What are my chances given this info? Any opinions?
