What are your goals after law school?

Ideally it would be to get into real estate development, though I'm not entirely sure. Why?

You could probably get into some good schools that aren't in NYC that would place you in a better position to get a legal job post graduation.

Regardless of what you do, don't take out more than $100,000 (and that's stretching it) for the schools you mentioned (including cost-of-living expenses). If you do, you will likely regret it (except for possibly Fordham, but your numbers aren't Fordham-Friendly).

Wait...

Will your prior employer hire you as an associate?

If so:
1. Get it in writing (signed)
2. Take a non-contingent full ride somewhere

I would really like to be in NYC though, I am from NYC and would like to return there for family and other reasons. I know i may have chances at other schools but i also do not drive so...any thoughts on my chances on the ones listed?

Nothing about your situation suggests that LSP wouldn't be accurate. Without a job already lined up, I would be very hesitant to go to any of those schools if I had to take on substantial debt.
