First of all chill out. As to schools, where do you want to work? That sums it up.

I just want to go to the best school I can get into as long as it is in a livable area...in other words not the minnesota tundra.

Check out law school predictor and law school numbers. You have chances at WUSTL, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana Bloomington, UC Davis, Ohio State, W&L, UF, etc.

This list is pretty much right on. I have the same numbers (hi numbers twin!!) and applied to mostly schools in this list.dissonance1848 wrote:Check out law school predictor and law school numbers. You have chances at WUSTL, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana Bloomington, UC Davis, Ohio State, W&L, UF, etc.

No....unless OP is a URM there's no way he/she is getting wustl, illinois, or w&l. Last cycle wustl had a solid wall at 167 unless you had a 3.75+ gpa, neither of which applies to OP.dissonance1848 wrote:Check out law school predictor and law school numbers. OP, think long and hard about where you want to live when you graduate. With the schools you are likely to get into, you will be stuck in that school's region for a long time. It will likely be even harder to get a job if you don't have ties to the area. If there are several areas you wouldn't mind living, look towards the place that will put you in the least amount of debt possible. Good luck

Haha, I have pretty much the exact same numbers.
But I wouldn't remove W&L from your list. I think it is a good school it is also the ultimate safety school (decent rank, no application fee) for T14-bound people. You'll have a shot getting off the waitlist. At least that's what I'm hoping for...
A friend of mine got off the waitlist very, very late last cycle with a 3.5 and...brace yourself...159 highest LSAT. Non-URM. So many people apply to W&L just to throw an application there with 0 intention of applying.

The ultimate safety for T14ers is probably WUSTL, who will take pretty much anyone with a 167. Or maybe Emory if you're Southern; all they want is a 166.bartleby wrote:Haha, I have pretty much the exact same numbers.

If you do get off W&L WL, enjoy sticker.
